Description:
Simple example of coding a floating toolbar in VB.Net. The toolbar needs to return events to a parent form.
Deliverables:
1) source code of fully-functional working Example
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
vb.Net or c#. Prefer vb.Net
