Description:
The CARS (Corrective Action Request System) is an automated online closed-looped corrective action tracking system for use in industries that require compliance with ISO9000, FDA, QA or similar standards. We need 2 versions of the exact same program. One in ASP for use over the Internet and another stand-alone version written in VB 6.0. Complete detailed specification attached.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
