Description:
Two functions, Encrypt & Decrypt are needed. They must both allow a password to be specified and the encryption must be based upon that password. (eg give a different result depending on the password used). Then only the same password should be valid when in decryption.
This must be totally secure. When you give us the functions we will encrypt something and have someone attempt to crack it. If they succeed at cracking it (in less than 24 hours), we cannot pay you as it is useless to us.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
It MUST be secure.
It MUST be written in Visual Basic.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Dear sir,
We worked as encryption crakcers before (as well as programmers), so we know how to make an encryption method that is almost impossible of cracking, and we actually GUARANTEE that !
If you crackers are able of cracking our methods, we will invent new methods untill they are unable of cracking them (also we are alsmot sure that they will fail from the first time).
