I made a sample for you...see if u like it.I still need to put a texture on that 3DRectagle, but it's as good as done. You can check it out at www.geocities.com/natos_lair. There may be a problem with the java virtual machine version installed on your computer, that's why i'm also sending you the class and html files. If the applet does not work with your browser, just download the latest version of JRE from www.sun.com. The full version of this applet(with texture on) will be functional in any java capable browser. PLEASE REPLY ME AND TELL ME IF IT WORKS... The rotations are only on X and Y axis as you asked...
I hope we'll cooperate.

I have made the final version...The cube has texture, it rotates on the x and y axis at different speeds and it bounces off the sides of the screen. It also changes the rotation direction when it bounces... I can provide a very CLEAN and WELL COMMENTED code. I have attached the class files, together with the html file. IF IT DOES NOT WORK PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE LATEST JRE FROM THIS LINK http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html Please give me a clue wether it worked on your computer or not...and of course what you think of it. You can also see the applet running on this link www.geocities.com/natos_lair. I hope you'll be pleased.

Hi, the final version is posted on http://www.geocities.com/natos_lair I made it so thar you can change the rotation speed and the movement speed using keys. You can also increase /decrease the bouncing force; After you look at it, please tell me if you want to keep these features.... If not i'll just remove them... Anyways...the code will be well commented, so you'll know what to change in order to make some modifications.
In order to give you the source code you must accept me as the winning bidder..only then I can upload the sources...
If you can not access the link no matter the reasons, please email me about this and i will send you the zip file as before...
Thank you, :)

I still have a doubt: You said something about the bouncing part...I have made sme modifications, that is, I made the cube bounce a little harder when it reaches a margin. But I'm not sure that this was the thing you wrote me in the email about. The cube starts rotating in an opposite direction every time it hits a margin. So I dont know if this rotating thing you wanted nme to modify, or the bouncing force? Anyways I made it bounce harder, and about the sudden change of rotation direction when it hits the margin, I kept it. If you want the cube to rotate only one way , I'll do it of course. Please check out the new sanmple posted at http://www.geocities.com/natos_lair , and don't hesitate to tell me what other modifications it may need. I'll await your reply.
