Enhancement Description:
Project attached in zip format.
When program starts text fields are locked. when user clicks on one of the manufacturers in the list box the corresponding text field will be unlocked and will get the focus. If the user then clicks a different manufacturer, the original text field should be locked, the new one unlocked and the focus shifts to the new one. When the user clicks the look up button, the program will check to be sure a manufacturer has been selected-if not a message box will appear telling the user the problem and no further processing will occur. The program will next check to be sure the appropriate text field is not empty. If it is, a message box will appear announcing the problem and processing will not continue. If everything is ok, the loop up routine will look for the part number the user entered, and if it is found, the other two text fields and the parts label will be filled with the corresponding part numbers. If the part number is not found, the caption in the parts label will indicate so and no other text field will be filled in. A clear button will cause the parts label and all of the text fields to be cleared, the text fields to be locked and the list selection cleared.
Also, the text fields are to be colored with a light gray background when locked and when unlocked a white background.
