Description:
I need three homepages and then header and footer files for CottageIndex.com.
NO PROGRAMMING IS NEEDED. We simply need the site design and graphics. A form where needed should just submit to nothing.

This site will list cottage rental properties. It will list cottages and cabins by state (province), city, popular region in the following categories:

Deliverables:
1) Original graphics (including editable graphics), HTML and any other items created for this project.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
This site will be running on a Windows 2000 server.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Nov 15, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I saw the cabinindex.com and I think we can develope a same-structure site with an improved interface.
Why do you need 3 homepages ? are they 3 main and different sections the site will provide ?
