Description:
I have two tables in a database;
ordertrack, and customer. Customer is basic info, ordertrack contains status information of a customer service call.
Need a web interface
1: to add service calls, and customers if they do not already exist in customer table.
2: search page based on all customer info, and open/closed status of ordertrack table.
3: search result page would need to update the search results.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Linux, PHP4, Mysql
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Nov 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
