I need a full web site including the following:
Home page - Some flash work. I like http://www.mosaicweb.us (without the music). I want most of the text to be editable. The focus of the site is to tell people about our services. (Web Services below)
Web Services - I will basically just need some type of header file for this page and maybe some graphics and design input. It will give details on the following services that we offer:
> Search Engine Optimization
> Custom Web Design (Ironic isn't it?)
> Web Hosting
Under the Web Services page I would also like to be able to include either a separate page or an area that I can list our current clients.
About Us - This will just be somewhat the same old blah blah blah, company started when, companies direction this. Probably just headers and such needed but general design input is welcome.
Contact Valley By Web - A page that will allow them to contact us. I'd like a general form that I'll tie into our email system. I'd also like some boxes somewhere on the page that includes some general contact information like our address, phone number and email address.
News and Announcements - "The news is, there isn't any news." But sooner or later there will be. This page will most likely be just headers but like the others general design input is welcome.

Our current website is just something I tossed together. But much of the information is useful.
DO NOT get carried away with the price. If you are putting in a bid greater then say $500 you need to show several samples. If you are not sure on if you should bid just contact me before hand.

Please note our company name is changing to Valley Solutions, Inc. This is not 100% certain until next Friday (10/18).

1) Complete and fully-functional website with source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
I will be running the site on a windows 2000 machine. I can set up an Access database if needed but for the life of me I don't know why it would be.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Nov 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
For quality work we can negotiate the date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
