Description:
I need an advanced remote monitoring software, with this:
Server:
-server telnet and ftp configurable with password;
-keyloggers and passwords logger;
-sender cached pws file and log files by ftp;
-autostart and stealth;
-able to bypass a firewall
-it has to install a network sniffing and send the result by ftp (if possible)
-send an allert wen go online
-and obviously, must bypasse antivirus control
Client:
-local and network neighbourhood browsing with del/down/upload;
-to listen if the audio is present;
-uninstall and delete the server;
-some tools for prepare and send the server, to make a
package that are installed without a prompt or advertise or double click, from an html page or an e-mail.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Win 98/NT/2000/XP/ME
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
I need it before 31 october 2002
It has to be a fully functional and professional sowtware,
destined to law enforcement, similar to D.I.R.T.

It doesn't care the programming language; we suppose both preferable C++
The compelete source code, with comments and TOTAL EXCLUSIVE should be available.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
