Description:
Welcome screen. Music. A spinning roulette type wheel (similar to TV's Wheel of Fortune) making clicking sounds as it spins. A welcome voice.
A button is clicked which spins the wheel, displaying a message once the wheel stops spinning.
The message will be accompanied by an appropriate graphic.
A random voice message will make a comment.
A top menu. Themes Configuration Help
The Themes menu will list up to 8 themes. Clicking on one will determine the list of messages that the wheel can generate. Each theme can have up to 40 text messages. These messages can be configured by the user via the Configuration menu, or they can be selected by clicking from a list provided (there will be 100 messages supplied with the program). Ditto for the name of each theme.
A limited function working model of the program will be available for download, containing only 1 theme with 12 text messages. The Configuration Menu will be disabled. An activation number will enable full functions.
The Help menu will explain how to configure and use the program.
All graphics and text, with the exception of the clicking, spinning wheel, will be entered by the customer (me). Just enter text as "Text1", "Text2", "Theme1", Theme2", etc. Ditto for images.
Many coders have asked for more detailed info so I am attaching an additional file. See below...
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Hi DrakeB,
I am interested in doing your project. However, before making my bid, I would like to know if you will be considering the application to be build under Macromedia Flash as from your description I believe that it will be suitable to build it under Flash.
I also would like to know if you're planning to run it on-line or off-line from the PC. Either way, Flash can do it.
Please also provide me the sample if possible so I can get a better idea about the project.
