Description:
I backed up a copy of one of my websites that works perfectly and attempted to upload that copy to a brand new website ... it didn't work!
I need someone to fix it ASAP for me. The website is a job board that uses PHP and MySQL. This should be a very simple job for someone who knows what they're doing.
Please do not bid unless you know what you're doing. No "on the job" training here. If I like your work, I will have more of this kind of work for the successful bidder.
Thanks
Deliverables: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
HTML, PHP, MySQL
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Sep 26, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
this needs to be done immediately
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Here that you should note when migrating/copying the website: - make sure you map the path within the config file (if any) correctly. - make sure you had created, and named the database and its tables correctly - make sure you had dumped all data within the database to the new host. - make sure you had mapped the mailer element (if any) correctly - make sure you had set the permission of folder to PHP-enabled - etc
So, I will do all of above by my self but with a less support from you. It will need an hour (maximum) only for all configuration. I just need to have ftp or telnet/ssh access to your new server, and/or your old server if the files has not copied.
Best Regards, Tajam |
