Description:
Here is what I want....
I want a home page that replaces what I put in at www.homeschoolauction.com
It should emphasize my NEW URL which will be www.dayspringauctions.com this will be the advertised URL --
The only link will be to auction URL which is http://www.homeschoolauction.com/auction/ and a link for email.
NOTE: I would like a new logo for the header of the auction site to read DayspringAuctions.com on the top line and keep the same second line... with an image... maybe a auction gavel?
The home page should be auction oriented page... emphasizing the heart of the site.
Same color scheme as the auction site http://www.homeschoolauction.com/auction/
Here is the heart of the site... to create an inexpensive family safe auction site for the purpose of buying and selling ANYTHING at all... with added specialized categories for Homeschoolers and churches. But the site is not just for homeschool curriculum exchange and church resource exchange. Listing is FREE, registration is free too... this should be put in the homepage. You can do it in flash or HTML... I don't care. I want to push people to register on the site from the homepage. Family image...
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape", "Linux"

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
