Description:
I have a full functional Classified Ads application
written in PHP, mysql, and working with sub domain control. I want you to revise another Classified Ads application with the sub domain control logic. Both these applications are working. All you must do is transfer the sub domain logic and source code from one application to the other. Revise some database fields for the sub domain control. You will not be developing any new code. Everything is coded there for you. Maybe you could modularize the existing code somewhat. The existing sub domain source code was built with a structure code design as well as the the non sub domain application. You should be able to cut and paste and be ready to go.... Developer must be able to sign a digital technical priority agreement. If you are in a foreign country you will digitally sign an additional international agreement which will protect any source code developed in the United States of America. This agreement states that I may sue the country of origin which the developer chosen for this project resides, if this technical agreement is not adhered to. All international copyright laws apply.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Php, Mysql, Apache, Win 2000...

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Must be completed by 10/21/2002.
In reality this project should not
take more than 2 hours if you can
read and understand PHP code.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
