Description:
Windows 2000 platform
A small Access 2000 db with Visual Basic 6.0 consisting of: textboxes, data environment, dtpickers, 3 data reports and/or comboboxes and/or listboxes. MUST BE DAO or ADO. Do not use data controls. I want to be able to move the database anywhere and still be able to run the application. DB must have a password created in Access.
I want to save, add, edit, searching features.
More details on searching features:
I want to be able to populate textboxes based on data acquired between 2 data ranges (use dtpickers). Upon selecting 2 date ranges, listbox or combo will populate the data that falls within those dates. I want to be able to click on an item from the combobox or listbox and have that data populate to another combo or listbox. For example, you can have a field name as lastname and one of the items if Jones. When I click on the dtpickers and select 9/16/2002 and 9/18/2002, a list with all the names that fall within these 2 dates will be populated into a listbox or combobox, when I click on Jones from the list or combobox, a second combo or listbox would populate all the firstnames that contain the lastname Jones within the dates of 9/16/2002 and 9/18/2002. When I click on a firstname, the form should populate the data.
I also want to be able to print preview and print. I want to be able to print one record that I select when I choose a firstname from the list for those date ranges; I want to be able to print all the firstnames that contain the lastname Jones within those date ranges, and I would like to print all lastnames with their corresponding firstnames within those date ranges.
Whatever printing methods you are comfortable with are welcome. I do prefer the use of a data environment and data reports.

Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
