We need to Re-design a several-page website that introduces people to our club, answers their FAQs, shows them a calendar of events and allows them to sign up as members and for our events. in addition, we need to be able to collect their information in an excel-friendly database.
we are not looking for anything flashy in the design; just a nice, professional-looking website.
we have a preliminary website set up at www.urbancatch.com. the end result should look and act more professional, but be similar to what already exists.

Additional Details:-
I want to use paypal for charging the new registrants.
I need a few controls to manage the new users.
i.e sorting of users on the basis of groups and controling the new registration on the basis of gender of users(so as to avoid any major disproportion in their ratio).

To be specific, I would need the following:
* a database with all of the information (in excel spreadsheet) for each user.
* the ability to track which members have been place in groups together at various events (each event, groups of 6 will be assigned together. we don't want to place people together more than once).
* the ability to sort, into smaller groups, people in the database - depending on the different attributes that they've given us, or depending on whether or not they've paid, or confirmed attendance at a specific event...
* the ability to send mass emails to specific sorted groups (automatically. i noticed that you have to dowload tab delimited versions of email addresses. that is not really what i'm looking for...)
* the ability for everyone to see much of the site, another portion of the site available to members only, and the database available only to the site administrators.
* the ability to add events to the calendar on my own.
* the entire website needs to be polished and made to look more professional
