ASP and MS SQL programmers to finish Auction Site

1) We have the multicurrency that needs compleating as explained in the other Auction below.
2) Our Worldpay intergration needs to be completed, we have had problems getting the values back from Worldpay. The intergration must do the following:-
a) Must debit a users account once either the account exceeds GBP 50 or once a month whichever is sooner.
b) The user must also have a One Time Payment option.
c) We must be able to turn billing OFF for certain users.
3)We need a bulk auction poster --
a)must look and function similar to Auction Tamers bulk auction poster (www.auctiontamer.com)
b) must operate as a Web Page
c) Users are able to log in and store their auctions
d)must have the ability to schedule the posting of auctions
e) users can upload photo's to our server and store them at a cost which must be added to their account.
f)or users can just enter the URL of their images.
g)must also be able to post HTML auctions as well as Normal listings.
4) The ability must be added to our admin section to search for and Bulk delete unsuitable auctions. It must work as follows: the auctions found through the search must be diplayed in a spreadsheet style format. We highlight the unsuitable auctions and hit a delete button.
5) FVF request pages (Must look and function the same as ebay) These are Final Value Fee request pages when a bidder doesn't pay the Seller. The pages basically run through a process and eventually credit the FVF to the Seller.
6) We need a function added that will run certain scripts on a timer (There are I think six scripts) some need to be run once a day and some every few hours.
7) We had our search capabilities changed so that it will not search for adult auctions. This works but since the change was made a search shows two thumbnail images next to the listing instead of 1 thumbnail and the special icons, this needs to be rectified
I would appreciate if you could bid on the whole job as oppose to individual scripts.

We currently have another 22 scripts that need writing in the next 6 months
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) The Software must be installed and working on the server.
3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
4) All notes detailing changes made to our site.
5) The software must be delivered on time (agreed by both of us) otherwise penalties will be applied
6) Software must be free of any spyware, worms, trojans or viruses or any other software of that nature.
7) All software must be tested thoroughly by the programmer before being presented to us.
Platform:
Must work with all web browsers
Our site is professionally written and the code is easy to understand.
We are using NT4 Server, Ms SQL & ASP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Oct 18, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
If the delivery deadline is not met then the programmer will be charged $50 for each day late until completion. Completion date and time 10/18/2002 13:00 EST
