Description:
I need someone to create a Frame and a Table wizard like the one you find in Homesite and Spider Writer. It must be possible to create frames and tables in an wysiwyg enviroment.The work must be created in Visual Basic 6.0.
Deliverables:
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 95 / 98 / ME / NT4 / 2000 / XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Oct 1, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I have extensive experience in creating both Wizards and Custom VB 6 user interfaces that I believe would be very useful for this type of application.
Both of these Wizards could be created as either stand alone executables that sends data the HTML to an output screen or text file, or they could be created as ActiveX user controls.
This bid also includes thorough code formatting and commenting.
I am willing to openly accept your questions, comments and criticisms of my work with the intent of producing the project that best suits your needs.
