Description:
Every day we generate and modify several files on several folders and keep trace of these on a MsAccess table. So we have two kind of needs:
1. to upload on remote server all new/modified files;
2. to upload on another remote server only new/modified files based on MsAccess Query (in example only files of a certain category/Client)
These operations must be done only by NT authorized operators.
Deliverables:
Program can be done directly in MsAccess if possible, or made in "asp" and VB using any server behavior you need that's available in Win2k Server
Platform:
Win2k - Asp - MsAccess - Explorer 5+
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
