Description:
This is quite a simple project. I need the following done in Visual Basic 6.0 (not .NET):
- A global keyboard hook (must work in ALL applications). When the shortcut "Ctrl-Shift-A" is pressed, react by being able to do anything in VB code (display a dialog box, for example). Code size is important, so please do the best you can to make it small.
- If it isn't doable in Visual Basic, then make the smallest possible DLL in Visual C++ in order to make this work, then call it via VB so that a VB code can be called when the shortcut is pressed.
I will favor people able to do pure small VB code over those using a C++ DLL.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP (the hook must work both under 9x and NT)
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

Hi
If you need only one HotKey, it can be done without hooking. Take a look on attached file. Just run exe and press your hot key combination - window will activate. If you need intercept ALL keys pressed, I've done pure VB global keyboard and mouse hook (though MS says it's impossible :).

Take a look on global hook. Also I've made hook as ActiveX dll for easy use.
