Requirement
Develop a Java program to manage a mailing list for contributors to a charity. Your program should have the following commands available from a menu:-
Add - Add a new contributor to the mailing list. Sort - Sort the names of the contributors into alphabetic order. Delete - Delete a contributor, and all associated information, from the mailing list. Lookup - Look up a contributor, according to their name, and display all of the data associated with the contributor.
Total - Add up all of the contributions given to the charity provided by the mailinglist contributors and display the total. Save - Save the mailing list data to a text file. Read - Read the mailing list data from a text file. Quit - Exit from the mailing list program.

For each contributor, store their name, address, telephone number and the amount contributed into a text file of records. Assume that there will be a maximum of 20 contributors to the charity.
Assessment Criteria
The requirments for this programming assignment will be based on the following assessment criteria:-
Working version of the program. A structure chart or pseudo code showing the design of your program together with a written description of the software components that you have developed. The operating instructions to load and run your program. The test plan with the test data used to validate the program Description of the expected results and the actual results obtained Annotated listing of all of the program components Coursework documentation standard and style.
Deliverables
The work in human readable form, i.e word-processed and printed out in a legible form on paper. This should include the source Java program, together with a description of the software components that you have developed. provide file with: Java source form ( .java ) of your program. Java compiled form ( .class ) of your program. Test data to be used with your program i.e. the charity donors data.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

DOES NOT MATTER EITHER WINDOW XP. BUT USE JBUILDER AS THE APPLICATION PROGRAMME FOR JAVA.
