Description:
I just need a very simple program that shows me the following.
I want a treeview that has a parent and two child nodes. The nodes will be folders on the desktop. When someone clicks on the node it will show the files displayed in that folder and will populate the listview with the filepaths.
So when you select a child node the list would look something like this:
c:\Windows\Desktop\Node1\BWilliams.txt
c:\Windows\Desktop\Node1\JRobinson.txt
c:\Windows\Desktop\Node1\JBlow.txt
Now when I click on one of these files in the listview I want a webbrowser (webbroswer1) to display the contents of the file. (Webbrowser1.navigate "C:\Windows\Desktop\Node1\JBlow.txt")
Now here's where I hit my snag, I also want to be able to drag one of the lines from the listview and drop it into the other node. When this is done I want the file in the Node1 folder to be deleted and I want it to be in the Node2 folder.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
The sooner the project is done, the better.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
