Description:
We need a project that can search an online cruise database and provide results online. We also need the web pages to be able to have a dynamic look and feel for our affiliates.
Looking for long term relationship on this as well as on future projects.
OnlineCruiseAgency.com is an online cruise booking web site. It currently has a real time online cruise database provided by a third party.

Deliverables:
We need the following:
-A project that can search the live third party cruise database by price, date, destination, cruise line, and number of days.
-Search results need to provide a link sending the visitors to that sailing so the visitors can continue with the cruise booking.
-Search and results must be in a dynamic template that can have the look and feel of the web page changed for our affiliates (ASP pages?)
In other words, we need a project that can simplfy the cruise search and booking process. Giving the visitors an option to search by price as well. And displaying the pages in template form, being able to customize the look and feel of the pages for affiliates.
I am not a programmer. Recommendations for the best type of programming languages for this project are accepted.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Web site server currently running on NT. Can be transferred to Unix if need be.
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
