Proposed Features
• Be compatible with Microsoft Access Database
• Allows unlimited number of custom database fields
• User can change database field names in database
• Point and Click Setup of Image & Signature Capture Devices
• Point and click connection of database and fields mapping
• Support any windows compatible printer
• Landscape and Portrait printing
• WYSIWYG print previewing
• Any database field can be added to workspace data entry field
• Fields can contain drop-down boxes, drop down combo boxes
• Fields can have validation routines, i.e. Date of birth in format of 00-00-00
• Able to support standard image types for import via file
• Able to adjust color, contrast, brightness after image acquisition
• Cards can be printed individually or in batches
• Able to conduct searches in database for person records
• Custom security settings for user, i.e. user able to add records but not delete
Design Features
• User can design both Landscape and Portrait Designs
• Design objects can be rotated
• Able to import windows image as card background
• Able to export card background as windows image
• Background image is part of one file, i.e. whole layout file is one file, not separate for background and user info.
• Images can be cropped during import
• Fill background with solid color
• Able to have lines, rectangles in design program.
• Static and dynamic text objects
• Image key lines with automatic image aspect ratio
• Bitmap image with automatic image ratio
• Ghost image on user photo capture (30% opacity)
• User definable object properties, i.e. different line thickness, text/line color etc
• Full true type font support
Internet Design Features
• Will have three flavors of the software client/server/standalone
• In server mode client will communicate and request permission for a layout, layout will be sent but not stored on HD, instead printed from memory with data user has entered
• Server will log and collect information entered by end user.
• Standalone application will work by itself with layout files residing locally on the local hard drive
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
