Description:
I have an Excel spreadsheet with Scouts and the Merit Badges they want to take. Some have signed up for classes at times they are not offered, and I'd like to rearrange their class schedule so that their taking the same classes if possible, but at different times.
The attached file outlines some other programming we need done, but this is more urgent so I'd like to keep it seperate.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows XP, probably Excel maybe Access or other
Special Conditions / Other:
Today if possible, must be completed by sometime this weekend.
