Description:
Using Flash or other Web software acceptable to and compatible with client, animate "glow" around words "E-Biz Buzz" beginning left to right across title of Intranet Web site home page. Glow color should match glow on attached file. When integrated with home page, green tab must be visible behind glow. Glow should imitate static glow behind letters on attached file, but can be exaggerated. (see attached file) Entire title, "E-Biz Buzz", will have subtle glow behind all letters at end of animation. Glow effect may be brighter or pulse lightly and slowly on Buzz at completion of animation. Effect must download quickly and smoothly without noticeable delay in viewing. We may need up to three revisions.
Deliverables:
Completed animation needed within three business days after bid selected.
Require two alternate animation effects to evaluate. The second one can be based on your own creative solution.
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Needs to run in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape
