Description:
Complete design of web site in stages. Depending on cost of each project. Multiple project for different steps untill web site is fully operable. Plus possible projects for future updates and upgrades. Probable long term business relationship. Stages include 1. Begining page with member sign in, quik tour, trial membership for x days and member sign up with access to credit card payment and check payment process with auto validation. 2. Chat client. 3. Member area to upload information from form and picture to be recalled by other members thru different querie methods and ability for member and administrator to update add and delete. 4. Member area to post different information from form for retrieval by other members. member and administrator needs same access as above. 5-8. Member area same as above. 9. E-mail capability with links from either members e-mail or if prefered an online member name that can be forwarded by the site for security. I have full vision of complete project. Each project to be handled thru rent a coder. Depending on web sites attraction mulitple bonuses possible thru rent a coder as well. Will need signed disclosure statement prior to full design to be given out. Also based on recomendations other projects may also be done. Time is not really of importance as I need to come up with the money for each project prior to me accepting the bid but full working knowledge of the site is for current and future codes. Please post description of cheapest bid first and suggestion for second project and each one will build on that. Some project above are redundant however will have different functionality. I do want this information to be able to be stored with mysql and php script. Recomendations and java and javascript and any other recomendations will be taken into serious consideration for design.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Linux with Apache scripting mostly done thru php and stored in mysql database

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.

My apologies for the late response to your bid invitation, I was away on my honeymoon for the last week.
I certainly would recommend building the site using PHP & MySQL, deploying it on an Linux machine running Apache web server, a very powerful combination.
My bid to complete phase 1, ( member sign in, tour, trial membership, cc payment processing) which includes designing the graphics as well as the database and scripting is $1100. Full admin control over all aspects via simple web interface.
Phase 2: members upload area, where images could be uploaded to the server and resized to fit your layout. These member profiles/photos would be viewable by other members. Full admin control over all aspects via simple web interface. estimate $300
Phase 3: Email capability to contact other members, done via the website, so not to expose members email address $200
Most of the site would be built using PHP, but some javascript is recommended for client side form validation.
Chat Client: Most chat clients written in PHP and Javascript do not make the cut. Therefore I would suggest considering either a Java applet or Flash based chat client, if REAL TIME chat is what you are looking for - cost $250-400. depending on level of complexity desired.
I would be happy to add minor additional functionality to your project, and offer free 60 day warranty/service on the code.
