Should be no problem! I am an expert with Install shield, but I would guess you could get away with the express version of install shield. This has a very simple interface and requires no coding. It even imports VB projects and does most of the work. In any case I'd be happy to finish your install program and clean up and document the code.
If you can tell me about how big the app is I can provide an estimate. As far as going to the web, we should talk in a little more detail. Their are a LOT!!! of options here. I'd really like to get a feel for the application at what its trying to accomplish before making any assumptions about the web version. As part of my service I will provide a free estimate and project plan for porting to a web based application. Included in every application: A complete report of all the development work including well documented code. I use a tool called code view, which creates a web site of all the code, great way to document the details.
Free 3 month technical support.
A free version 2 evaluation This is a document outlining what I believe should be done in the next version, features, bug fixes, etc.
A project plan updated daily hosted on my web site.
10+ years of development experience, including designing and developing digital photo license systems for Polaroid.
Thank you, David M Horth Horth Systems |
