Description:
We need a standalone utility that is able to defragment and recover system ram to enable the system to run faster/prevent crashes.It should include a cache optimizer as well.Installer/uninstaller must be included, and registration security.
We are not programmers ,so the bidder that can include the most features and knows what he's talking about is automatically elevated to the top of the list.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Windows95/98/2000/NT/Me/XP
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:

Special Conditions / Other:
Minimum 3 months after sales support.
