Description:
This should be very simple:
I need a "subscribe" box created for my web page (actually - I want it on several pages).
All it has to do is "look good" and send an email to the address I specify with the subscribers email address.
My site is: www.wycheworks.com
It has PERL running on some other forms now.
I will be very happy to provide a gif/jpg of what I want it to look like (I am painfully aware of the limitations) limited time access to my site to install it on the selected pages and test it.
I would like some sort of verification that you guys are "real" (i.e. a D&B number and some sort of accredidation that you are a legitimate business that will not take advantage of the access I give you.)
HELP!?
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Installed and working!
Platform:
Netscape 4.x and higher
MSIE 4.x and higher
Basically all common OS's including Linux, MS95 & higher, Mac.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.

I don't need this until June 15, I couldn't figure out the date deadline thingy

Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

I can do this easily, in fact, I can have it done in probably about 30 minutes. As long as it's ok for it to be coded in HTML embedded in the webpage.
As for the top part about business, I'm not affiliated with any business but I will not need access to the site to install this since it's in html, I could just send the code and you put it where you want it (I am guessing you know how to use HTML), or, if you aren't good with html, just send me the index.html file, and I'll put it in as a tutorial for you, or, you can give access to me. I don't know what exactly I can show you that I am 'Legitimate', but I assure you, I am completely trustworthy.
