ASP code problem using cookies and bookmark function

Description:
I have a web stats app using cookies. i use Request.ServerVariables to retrieve user details and then enter data to database. Then, use bookmark function to retrieve the record inserted into the database and do Response.Cookie.
First time opening web page, receive "Either BOF or EOF is True..." error. When access page a second time receive "Changes to table not successful becuase they would create duplicate values in primary key" error.

Complete source code of all programming work done

Need this issue resolved today.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
