Description:
I need a script that will read 16 text files, calculate the percentage each represents of the whole, display that information in table form - in rows that allow comparison with static text representing comparison percentages - and then ... if possible ...
show the same information in some sort of graphical format. Please see the attached text file for representation of the report we desire. The script should also generate a link back to the page from which it was called.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Needs to run on our Redhat Linux account with cihost.com - and in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape.
Bid quickly and with an eye to our paltry budget and we'll accept quickly - as we'd like to get this done ASAP.

If this is what you have in mind I can get this to you ASAP.
I'll need some clarification on how the percentages are being calculated, I have assumed they are the percentage of the sum of 'number' column but they don't quite match the values in your example. Either way it's a simple to change.
