Description:
I am in need of a custom CGI mailer on my website.
Being as I cannot get free ones to install correctly myself, I will need it installed on my server and I will need to be shown how to configure it.
I need it to be able to send very neat feedback emails from forms (if possible, I need to be able to put braks in the email like 'Personal Information' 'Professional Information' and allow portions of the feedback to show under this in email, and I need to be able to put spaces in the email so it's not all so cluttered with line after line of feedback).
I am going to use this on several small pages of forms on my website, so it's need to be able to allow me to configure it on the HTML page...I do not know or understand cgi stuff to even begin to format it there.
I will provide you with a sample of a form page I made and I will also provide you with my server information so that you can install it. I require bidders with at least one positive comment about them, thanks.

Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
