Description:
Design a class that will determine the monthly payment on a home mortgage. The monthly payment with interest compounded monthly can be calculated as follows:
Payment = Loan x rate/12 x term where: Term = (1 + Rate/12)^12 x years
Term-1
Payment = monthly payment, loan = the dollar amount of the loan, rate = the annual interest rate, years = the number of years of the loan.
The class should have member functions for setting the loan amount, interest rate, and number of years of the loan. It should also have member functions for returning the monthly payment amount and the total amount paid to the bank at the end of the loan period. Implement the class in a complete program. Maintain the class definition and class implementations in 2 separate files, and code a separate maincpp.cpp file to test the class.
Do not accept any negative values for any of the loan values.
This is for MS Visual C++ 6.0 Win 32 Console app. Please email me all 3 files when complete. I need the .cpp file emailed to me so I can compile and test the program. The code must be fully commented and easy to understand (i.e. for a beginner). I will send an example (a .cpp file of an old program) of the format and comment style needed when I accept your bid.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
MS Visual C++ Win 32 Console app.
