Description:
I would like a web site that's a search engine for "items" including URLs, any user should be able to add reviews and up to a 5 Star Rating for the items, as well as be able to add more items.
Added items and reviews are subject to approval by the administrator.
Page should be simple and clean. Main page should look like yahoo (categories).
Subcategories should be supported. In short a mixture between yahoo and amazon, much like this: http://www.zeal.com/
Page has to be done using ASP, and access DB.
Deliverables:
Page should be up and running, I would like to test the functionality before paying.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.

| This can be easily done using either ASP or cold Fusion. I have done many sites like this before and would like to design this one as well. |
