Description:
Write a program that uses a structure to store the following inventory information in a file: Item Description, Quantity-On-Hand, Wholesale Cost, Retail Cost, Date Added to Inventory. Within the structure, include a prodId field that is an integer field.
The program should have a menu that allows the user to perform the following tasks:
Add new records to the field, Display any record in the file, Change any record in the file.
Input validation: The program should not accept any quantities, wholesale, or retail costs less than zero. The program should not accept dates that the programmer determines are unreasonable. When requesting the prodId field from the user, ensure that it is in the range of 1-15. Use the prodId field as the record number within the file. For example, the product with the prodId value of 5 will be the 5th record in the file.
Create a file called asn12.dat that contains the following records, and use it as the data file for the assignment.
prodId (1, 3,4)
Item Description (Nuts, Bolts, Hammer)
Quantity on Hand (12, 100, 20)
Wholesale Cost (12.50, 1.60, 12.50)
Retail Cost (14.55, 1.65, 15.70)
Date Added to Inventory (12/01/1999, 01/14/1999, 02/11/1999)
The program is a MS Visual C++ 6.0 Win 32 console app. I need the .cpp file emailed to me so I can compile and test it. The program must be fully commented and easy to understand. When I accept the bid, I will send you a previous .cpp program so you can see the coding format and the requirements I need.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
