Description:
This program must use the AP String class.
Web pages are written in HTML that consists of tags that are used to tell the browser (such as Netscape) how to display the file. Most but not all Web pages have such a title that is displayed in the browser&'s title bar. The title is also used as the entry in the browser&'s list of bookmarks when bookmarked. The HTML tag that surrounds the title of a Web page is
<TITLE>Title is placed here</TITLE>
Write a program that asks the user to enter the filename of a Web page and then displays the title of that Web page. If the page has no title, then display an appropriate message.
You can assume as preconditions the following things:
The <TITLE>Title is placed here</TITLE> will reside on a line of the Web page without any other HTML code.
The word TITLE in the brackets is not always capitalized. Add to the program the capability so that TITLE does not have to be capitalized. That is, it should NOT be case sensitive.
Also, code must be commented.
Deliverables: Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Code must be commented.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 4, 2002 2:00:00 PM EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Special Conditions / Other:
Even though the deadline says April 4, I need this done and delivered on April 3.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.

Hi!
I have looked at your requirements and I am interested in your project. I have three years experience in VC++. You can also see my ratings and ranking at my rentacoder profile. There is just one bad rating but I guess it happens to all of us. I will make sure that you are more than satisfied with my work.
Regards
ZEESHAN
