Description:
In this C assignment, I will have to write a program that ***UNSCRAMBLES*** an encrypted file using a public 10-character key that is stored in a text file.
Your program must then read through the entire encrypted file and convert the data in that file (according to the algorithm explained below) into plain text which it then WRITES to a file called either: a4a.txt, a4b.txt, or a4c.txt (again depending on the choice 'a', 'b', or 'c' the user made at the start of the program). The encrypted file may contain any number of lines, but each line will not exceed 120 characters. You may read through the file one character at a time, or on a line by line basis.

Your project is again very interesting and I would be happy to make it. I'll keep the code as simple as I can so you will be able to follow it easily. Everything will be well commented. You can be *sure* you will have on time.
The implementation will be modularized (using functions) and algorithm an optimal one. Surely it will be highly graded. I'll develop this program under Linux so the platform won't be a problem.
Thanks for considering my bid, and if I can answer any questions for you, just let me know.
