Description:
Small personnal picture website with guest books.
1/User should be able to create a small website:
-Upload up to 10 pictures.
-Write text
-Have a guest book
-Create up to 4 subpages
-Has an "invite a friend" function where it sends email to his friend to tell them to visit his site.
2/ It should be accessible under the url:
www.mywebsite.com/theuser where "theuser" is the login name.
3/ The administrator should be able to access all the mini sites to edit - delete them if necessary.
4/ It has too be cross browser
5/ if not too complicated, if could include function to modifiy the images (crop images, optimize images in jpeg if uploaded imaged are high def)
I does not have to be good looking just the code is important.
Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.

Must be 100% finished and received by buyer on:
Apr 15, 2002 EDT
Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you notice a violation please help out the site and report it. Thanks for your help.
