Description:
This is a homework assignment. So no large bids please:
A useful program for an administrator in a university department one that maintains details of the modules taught by the departments the resources required for the modules and the lecturers responsible for the module teaching. After a discussion of the general design for such a program your task will be to design and code some of the required functions.
The module records will be held in a file on disk and the program will create, recall, modify and delete the file.
The file will hold the name of the department, and for each module, its name and code, the number of hours per week for lecturing, the number for practicals and seminars, the name of the lecturer responsible, the names of the courses that the module is part of and some other details.
Some of the tasks the program will perform are:

Create module file
Modify module details
Sort list by lecturer
Choose module file
Add courses
Save module file
Enter module details
Delete courses
Delete module file
Add module details
Modify courses
Print a list of module names
Delete module details
Sort list by module code
Print a list of module names with lecturers

Ok, I can do that. I have read over the instructions quite a few times, though, and it looks like your instructor just wants the menu working. He says when a function is called to just write to the screen that the function has been called. You may want to clarify with him, I don't want you to turn in too much.
