Description:
Auto Sync - I want a program to automatically Synchronize any folder I want on my computer with any folder I want on my laptop.
For Example, if I have a folder called ‘Year 2 Project&' on my laptop, and a folder called ‘All Projects&' on my desktop, I want the program to automatically copy all the folders from one to the other (there will only ever be a one to one relationship), and make them both Identical.. BUT, I only want the latest versions of the documents / files / pictures in the Synchronized folder.
Further more, I don&'t want to have to click any buttons to sync the files, as soon as a connection is available (via any means, e.g. Ethernet, IR or BlueTooth) it must tell me it is synchronizing, and do it.
Further more, the program must be able to back up any ‘out of date&' files, the destination of these files must be able to be specified, and changed if needed.
Further, If I so tell it to, all the folders that this program keeps in sync, it must make a copy of them all to any destination I specify (so that I can keep a backup of the synced files)
Must be completed in Visual Basic Version 5 or Higher, the code must me clear, concise, and well organized. Occasional comments (in the code) are also required, but not extremely detailed ones, however they would be appreciated.

Deliverables:
Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
Must be completed in Visual Basic Version 5 or Higher, the code must me clear, concise, and well organized. Occasional comments (in the code) are also required, but not extremely detailed ones, however they would be appreciated.
I ‘Quick Setup&' guide must also be supplied so that I can set the program up.
Complete copyrights to all work purchased.
Platform:
Must work on Win 98 and above, INCLUDING windows XP.
Must be able to work with any TCP/IP connection (e.g. Ethernet, Wierles Lan Via IrDa, etc)

Deadline legal notes: All times are expressed in the time zone of the site EDT (UT - 5). If the buyer omitted a time, then the deadline is 11:59:59 PM EDT on the indicated date.
Remember that contacting the other party outside of the site (by email, phone, etc.) on all business projects < $500 (before the buyer's money is escrowed) is a violation of both the software buyer and seller agreements.
We monitor all site activity for such violations and can instantly expel transgressers on the spot, so we thank you in advance for your cooperation.
