The Rent a Coder Fee covers credit card/PayPal processing, security verification of buyer payments, facilitation/arbitration and a small profit. It is based on the bidding type of the auction:

	Open Auction	15 %
	All coders can bid.
	Private Auction	15 %
	Only the coders the buyer invites can bid.
	One on One Project / Enhancement	12.5 %
	Allows a buyer to give new or enhancement work to a coder they've worked with before. (2.5% discount for coders)
	Bonus / Other Direct Payment	10 %
	Allows a buyer to give a fixed bonus or other immediate payment to a coder they've worked with before. Payment is immediate and bypases escrow. (5% discount for coders)
