Tushar is a very personable and helpful programmer. Our needs were for a web (ASP format) project which fell outside his particular areas of expertise. I would recommend him for projects that are client based applications the examples that were provided were well documented and very efficient.
Though server side processes seemed outside of current skill set. |

Tushar finished this program assignment under the deadline and included a couple of extras not requested. He did encounter a couple of problems which delayed delivery of the working program. However, the problem was corrected satisfactorily. Closer communication on the program progress would provide better service to the customer, but I have no problem recommending him. |
