	Milan Satala was an excellent coder to work with. Milan is very responsive, keeps up a constant flow of communication, understands what is required and delivers the requirements in a quick and professional manner. I asked Milan to work with my existing code (which was not in the best shape to start with) and develop operability with a database. Milan worked effeciently and within the boundries I had set. The project was assined to Milan at the last minute as a rush job. Milan was able to delivere the bug free finished product ahead of schedule. Unlike other coders I have worked with Milan required only the most basic instructions from me on what the final product should be. In my opinion communication is the most important part of a successful project, Milan excels in this department so buyers won't have to worry about what shape their project in.
